Everything. The room was clean, the AC worked perfectly, the refrigerator worked well, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was very pleasant. I didn't get down in time for breakfast, so I can't say what it was like. Parking was easy, too, and I actually left my car unlocked overnight with no problems. Not on purpose. I hadn't expected to be in Ottawa - my GPS routed me through Kansas city on my way from Indianapolis to Flagstaff. Yeah, I don't get it either. I was pleasantly surprised by the room and the hotel in general, though. Really lovely.

I enjoyed how friendly the staff was and the accessibility and access to the rooms from the parking lot. It was easily accessible for my grandmother who has mobility issues.

I was not impressed by the breakfast as only cereal, toast, muffins, etc. No hot breakfast as before. The location was good.

Basic, fine. Didn’t see waffles till the end because they were around the corner and there was no signage to indicate their presence. All was fine; commensurate with your brand; no disappointment

The cleanest of hotel. Easy access off interstate. Walking distance to Wal-Mart and restaurants.

The staff was very helpful in recommending places to eat. Close to a Walmart and we were able to stock up on water and snacks before continuing our trip.
